FRENCH RIVIERA INCENTIVE EXPERIENCE
Five days across the French Riviera, following a private incentive experience through a sequence of locations, encounters and shared moments.
REDSHIFTLAB documented the journey through photography and film, working between observation and direction to capture both the energy of the event and the atmosphere surrounding it.
Rather than simply recording what happened, the visual approach focused on movement, gestures, details, light and the transitions between each experience — creating a narrative that feels lived rather than staged.
THE COMMISSION
To create a complete visual record of the experience across still photography and film, while maintaining a coherent editorial language throughout the five-day programme.
The assignment combined documentary coverage, portraits, lifestyle imagery and moving image, with content designed for both horizontal and vertical formats.
FILM
A short-form visual narrative built around movement, atmosphere and human presence.
APPROACH
The project was photographed from within the experience rather than from outside it.
Working with a lightweight setup made it possible to move quickly between situations and remain close to the participants, while keeping the imagery spontaneous and visually controlled.
Still and moving images were conceived as part of the same visual language — different formats, but the same attention to framing, light, rhythm and atmosphere.
